There are no exams, each unit is assessed by submission of a written report. You will need to pass all assignments to complete your qualification.

The instructor available will be an expert CIPD professional.

After you submit all assignments and pass, your certificate will be delivered to you within 12 weeks.

You will obtain a CIPD Associate membership.
