Course Objective

GPHR® training course prepares participants to take the exam for the GPHR®, which is a global HR credential designed for HR professionals with cross border responsibilities who are responsible to develop HR strategies for companies having international operations. This certification assess the candidate’s skills and knowledge to be successful in the worldwide market place.

Eligibility requirements

  • a minimum of 2 year of experience in a global professional-level HR position a Master’s degree or higher,
  • a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional-level HR position (at least 2 in global HR) a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position (at least 2 in global HR) a high school diploma.

Exam will be from Pearson VUE

No, course’s fees include only training services.

You can book your GPHR Exam through Pearson Vue website.

Yes, it is accredited from HRCI.

Your GPHR certification is valid for 3 years after testing and to maintain your GPHR credential according to HRCI, you must earn 60 re-certification credits over the three-year time span or retake exam. Of the 60 re-certification credits required, 15 must be Global credits.

The training course itself doesn’t have any pre-requisites, but in order to apply for the exam you need to fulfill GPHR’s exam pre-requisites.
