The Professional in HR – International (PHRi™ training course) is a globally relevant credential that is designed to validate professional-level core human resource knowledge and skills. The credential demonstrates mastery of generally accepted technical and operational HR principles. Independent of geographic region, the credential complements local HR practices. Eligibility Requirements

  • a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR position a Master’s degree or global equivalent,
  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level HR position a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
  • a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional-level HR position a high school diploma or global equivalent.

Exam will be from Pearson VUE

No, course’s fees include only training services.

You can book your PHRi Exam through Pearson Vue website.

Yes, it is accredited from HRCI.

Your PHRi certification is valid for 3 years after testing and to maintain your PHRi credential according to HRCI, you must earn 60 re certification credits over the three-year time span or retake exam.

The training course itself doesn’t have any pre-requisites, but in order to apply for the exam you need to fulfill PHRi’s exam pre-requisites.
