This certification is only available to candidates who practice outside the United States.

Exam & Certification
- a minimum of 4 year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or global equivalent,
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- a minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent.
Exam will be from Pearson VUE
- Exam time: 150 Minutes
- Exam questions: 105 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions

Your SPHRi certification is valid for 3 years after testing and to maintain your SPHRi credential according to HRCI, you must earn 45 general HR credits and 15 business leadership credits over the three-year time span or retake exam.
The training course itself doesn’t have any pre-requisites, but in order to apply for the exam you need to fulfill SPHRi exam pre-requisites.
