Article One: General Conditions:

  1. We would like to inform you that your data (which does not include your credit card information) may be transferred without encryption and may be subject to:

    2. (B) Changes conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices, however, credit card information is always encrypted before being transferred over the Internet.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide the service with notifying the customer due to the refusal in accordance with the regulations.
  3. The titles used in this agreement are provided as examples only, and these terms are not limited or affected by them.
  4. A breach of any of the terms of this agreement will result in an immediate termination of your services.
  5. You are not permitted to use any of our products for purposes that are unlawful or illegal, and you are not permitted, during the use of the service, to violate any laws in force in the jurisdiction in which you live (including, but not limited to, intellectual property protection laws).

Article Two: Payment:

  1. By agreeing to these terms of service, you acknowledge that you have reached the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
  2. Online payments on this site require authentication of the process with a password sent to the credit card holder’s phone registered at the card issuer records, which ensures that there is no fraud. We do not bear the responsibility of any negligence of the cardholder resulting in accessing his bank card and phone, consequently, making a payment on this site without his knowledge.
  3. Any purchase through our website via credit card or other electronic payment methods is not refundable in cash. Rather, the sums are paid in the same method of payment and are recovered after the cancellation and refund policy is applied.
  4. We do not bear any error on the part of the customer in entering our bank account information upon bank transfer which may lead to the wrong payment for another bank account.

Article Three: Training Services Terms:

  1. All customers wishing to benefit from our training services must abide by the applicable laws and regulations in the place of conducting the training services inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The customer must be committed not to violate the common sense while taking advantage of our training services.
  3. The customer must attend a minimum of 80% of the duration of the training services programs in order to obtain a certificate of attendance.
  4. The customer is obliged to comply with our policy of confirming identity when attending our training services or cooperating with our representatives in a manner that preserves our right to provide services in an appropriate manner.
  5. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any of the training services at any time. In case a training service is cancelled or rescheduled at our desire, the customer has the option to reschedule it at another date or refund all the sums paid by the customer. We, in addition, have no responsibility for any other losses may be incurred by the customer due to the cancellation or rescheduling of the training service.
  6. If the customer wants to cancel the training service more than 14 days prior to the start of the session, the amounts paid will be fully refunded.
  7. If the customer wants to cancel the training service 7 to 14 days prior to the start of the session, only 50% of the amounts paid will be refunded.
  8. If the customer wants to cancel the training service less than 7 days prior to the start of the session, the amount paid is not refundable.
  9. If the customer doesn’t attend the training service without notifying us in advance, the above policy will be applied.
  10. If the customer doesn’t attend the training service but obtained the training materials, and the refund conditions apply to him, the amount will be refunded after deducing the costs of the training material bundle.
  11. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for rescheduling training services.
  12. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be formally sent to one of our representatives or via the official email for training@bakkah.net.sa, noting that we have the right to request the customer to fill out some official forms to implement the cancellation or rescheduling requests.
  13. Refund requests are subject to the above policy, noting that the refund process takes 5 to 20 working days. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in the customer’s account after completing the refund process from our end.

Article Four: Exams Services Terms:

  1. All customers willing to benefit from our exams services must abide by the applicable laws and regulations in the exam’s place inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The customer must be committed not to violate the common sense while taking advantage of our exams services.
  3. The customer is obliged to comply with our policy of confirming identity when attending the exam or cooperating with our representatives in a manner that preserves our right to provide services in an appropriate manner.
  4. If the customer wants to cancel the exam more than a week prior to the exam date, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
  5. If the customer wants to cancel the exam two days prior to the exam date, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  6. If the exam is cancelled less than two days prior to the exam date, the amount paid will not be refundable.
  7. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for rescheduling exams services.
  8. If the customer doesn’t attend the exam without notifying us in advance, the above policy will be applied.

Article Five: Training Materials Services Terms:

  1. All customers willing to benefit from our training materials services must abide by the applicable laws and regulations of the exam services inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. If the shipment is received from the shipping company and we are not notified of a problem with the shipment within 24 hours, this is an acknowledgement by the customer of the safety of the shipment and that it is in good condition and similar to the customer’s request.
  3. There is no return, cancellation, or replacement of training materials services after order confirmation and payment. This condition excludes training materials that have a manufacturing defect.
  4. Training materials must be in their original condition and original packaging when requesting a refund or replacement.
  5. The return request must be within 3 days from the date the customer received the product, and for replacement requests within 7 days from the date the customer received the product.
  6. Requests for refund, cancellation or replacement must be formally sent to one of our representatives or via the official email for training material services manuals@bakkah.net.sa. Note that we have the right to request the customer to fill out some official forms to implement the request for cancellation or rescheduling.
  7. Refund requests are subject to the above policy, noting that the refund process takes 5 to 20 working days. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in the customer’s account after completing the refund process by us.

Article Six: Service amendments and price adjustments:

  1. We reserve the right to unilaterally change the prices of our services and products at any time without prior notification. Taking into consideration that this does not apply to prices for confirmed orders, once the customer completes the order and receives the initial invoice, the prices specified in that order will not change with the price change on the website.
  2. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the service at any time (or any part of the contents of the website) without giving any prior notification and at any time we deem appropriate.
  3. We have the right to cancel the purchase order, in accordance with the regulations, with notifying the customer about it and explaining the reason.

Article Seven: Products and Services:

  1. Some products or services may be available exclusively via the Internet through our website, and these products or services may be available in limited quantities and cannot be returned or exchanged except in accordance with our return policy.
  2. We reserve our right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or province, and we will use this right according to the situation at the time.
  3. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, and all specifications of products and services and their prices may be changed at any time without prior notification in accordance with what we deem appropriate.
  4. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and any offers of any product or service will not be valid if it is discontinued.

  1. You agree to provide us with updated, complete and accurate information about you and about the purchase order whenever you want to benefit from any of our services according to the forms included in the service request.
  2. You agree to update your account information and other information once changed, including your email address, credit card number, and expiry dates, so that we can complete your operations on the site and contact you when needed.
  3. Your confirmation that your personal information is correct is subject to our privacy policy.

Article Nine: Indemnification:

You acknowledge and agree to indemnify Bakkah Consulting and Education and any of its main or subsidiary branches or its affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, licencors, service providers, sub-contractors, suppliers, or trainers for the costs of any court cases, including attorneys’ fees, or any claims by third parties for violating these terms of service or documents incorporated as references, or for any violation of laws or the rights of third parties.
